For properties offered through the Ocean Park Realty, the following applies unless otherwise noted in the rental contract.

2008 Season
June 21 through September 1; pre/post season weekly and weekends

Rates:
Vary. Weekly plus 7% State of Maine tax. Pre/post and weekend rates available.

Provided:
Housekeeping items including, but not limited to: bed pillows, blankets, dishes, glassware, cooking and eating utensils.

Tenant:
Provides dish towels, bed linen and towels for their own use.
Leaves the premises as they find it.

Pets:
No pets allowed.
