We appreciate
your interest in Ocean Park Realty as the rental agent for your
property. Here are general guidelines to take into consideration:
The Ocean
Park Property Owner will:

Provide a properly equipped cottage as outlined in the rental
agreement, ie; Housekeeping items, such as bed pillows, blankets,
dishes, glassware, cooking & eating utensils

Cottage will be prepared for renters spring cleaning.

Hold
a valid Town of OOB rental license

Promote
the rental of the property through our website as well as produce
a rental brochures on your behalf with guidelines and conditions.

Collect all rental fees and State of Maine 7% rental tax.

Make timely State of Maine rental tax payment .

Send rental payment, less fees, weekly.

Recommend cleaning companies, maintenance people (plumbers,
electricians etc.) or hire and supervise them for you as we
do for our current owners.
Our fee for the above services is 15% of the weekly rental fee.
