Information for Owners

We appreciate your interest in Ocean Park Realty as the rental agent for your property. Here are general guidelines to take into consideration:

The Ocean Park Property Owner will:

  • Provide a properly equipped cottage as outlined in the rental agreement, ie; Housekeeping items, such as bed pillows, blankets, dishes, glassware, cooking & eating utensils
  • Cottage will be prepared for renters – spring cleaning.

The Ocean Park Realty will:

  • Promote the rental of the property through our website on your behalf with guidelines and conditions.
  • Collect all rental fees and State of Maine rental tax.
  • Make timely State of Maine rental tax payment.
  • Send rental payment, less fees, weekly.
  • Our fee for the above services is 15% of the weekly rental fee. The following is a sample of the payment breakdown
